Flights & Hotel Information
Flights are not included in the tour price. This journey is perfect for anyone already traveling in Italy or those who wish to arrive in Italy a few days in advance to fully enjoy the experience.
Reaching Desenzano del Garda is easy from several nearby airports, including Milan Linate (LIN), Milan Malpensa (MXP), and Verona Villafranca (VRN). From these airports, the hotel offers a pick-up service for guests who would like assistance—contact details can be provided upon request.
For travelers coming from Australia, we recommend flying into Milan Malpensa, as it has the most direct international connections.
The tour officially begins on Monday at 2:00 PM with a welcome meeting and drink at the hotel. To ensure a relaxed start, we suggest planning your flight to arrive a couple of days in advance, giving you time to rest and acclimate before your unforgettable 10-day Lake Garda experience begins.

1. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required 3 months prior tour start date.
- Bookings are confirmed only once Deposit of 400.00 payment is received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposit Refund: If you cancel within 14 days of paying the deposit, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation More Than 100 Days Before Departure: Full refund of payments made, minus €299 administration fee.
- Cancellation 70–99 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of payments made.
- Cancellation Less Than 69 Days Before Departure: No refund.
Important:
- For payments not made by EFT, any applicable service fees will be deducted from your refund.
3. Changes to the Tour
- Saporium Experience reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, local events, or availability of venues. Any changes will aim to maintain the same quality and value.
- In the rare event that the tour must be canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued (if you have paid by eft) .
4. Health & Fitness
- The tour is relaxed, with only light walking. Guests should have basic mobility to enjoy the walking tours and activities.
- Guests are responsible for their own medical needs and travel insurance.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Flights, visas, and travel documents are the responsibility of each guest.
- Saporium Experience is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed travel documents.

- Saporium Experience and its hosts, Monica and Alberto, act as guides and facilitators. While we take every precaution for a safe, enjoyable experience, guests participate at their own risk.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience arising from personal negligence, travel delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Behavior & Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and venues.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone from the tour if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
